Since their 1976 debut, the musical experience that is Street
Foxx has been packing them in to rock the house. Jimi Hammonds,
on vocals and flute, leads his band down a unique path of classic
rock history, performing songs in perfect detail that most musicians
will not even attempt to imitate. Rick Gardner on bass keeps
the boys on track, while Ed “Whiplash” Wagoner is
a sight to behold at the helm of his mighty drum set. Street
Foxx’s newest member, Freddie Foster on lead guitar, gets
everyone out of their seat with his rendition of Frampton’s
most famous hit. Versatility is the secret behind Street Foxx’s
success. The guys bring to life the rock and roll favorites
from the 70s through the present – highlighting their
individual talents with a healthy sprinkling of Jethro Tull
and Lynyrd Skynyrd. After 30 years on the rock and roll stage,
the men of Street Foxx are quick to point out that their fans
are their most important asset, as well as their greatest pleasure.
And the fans – most of whom are now considered friends
– include Street Foxx among their happiest memories.
